ALPS
"Alps" is a work that undergoes a process of self-consumption. In the darkroom developing phase, the photographs of the landscapes were intentionally left unfixed, resulting in unique prints that gradually fade away over time. Each print's fading progress is distinctive, influenced by the specific interplay of time and space. As the photograph is exposed to light, the fading continues, eventually reaching an unforeseeable moment where the only trace left is the materiality of the paper. This series has been created for display at the CAL (Cercle Artistique de Luxembourg) Spring Exhibition.
